Getting closer to moving in our commercial space. It’s been nothing less than arduous and stressful. However the end result is knowing I can operate my smoker and provide some pretty damn good BBQ to our clients, and guests alike. We’ll be adding more content slowly but surely and a menu to follow. Well here we are! Our first pop up event is coming. We’ll be serving our brand of craft BBQ at Timber & Salt in Redwood City California on Sunday the 18th of November. From 11am to 2pm or until sold out. Which ever happens first. My money is on being sold out so get there early. We’ll be serving Brisket, Pulled Pork, Hot Slaw, Potato Salad and our Saucebelly sauces! Plus non alcoholic beverages for the kiddies and Ice Cold LONESTAR for the big kids. Stop by and say hello.
So now we’re past the Thanksgiving blues. Let’s get back to BBQ one time before the Christmas stress sets in! We’re blessed to have another hosted event with out friends at Timber & Salt. December 16th from 11am to 2pm we are serving up craft BBQ! Stop by and enjoy some Texas style Brisket, Pulled Pork and your favorite sides to hold you over till Christmas dinner! Don’t forget to ask about our Briskets to go or delivery for the holiday.
As the year is coming to a close we’re thankful for our friends and guests. We’ve enjoyed serving you our brand of Craft BBQ and look forward to doing it again soon. As for the many inquiries that have been asked about a brick and mortar? We are working hard on finding a place that will allow us to continue to provide the very best we offer. Until then we are still going to continue to POP-UP throughout the bay area and offer full service catering. Well here we go! Great weekend with our pals at Timber & Salt! Keeping the wheels rolling we're being hosted by the Redwood City Elks Lodge #1991 on Sunday January 20th from 11am to 2pm. Elks members get a discount and the bar will be open to the public! Its a wonderful location and sure to be a good time!
Who's ready for a little fun on Monday night? St James Gate says it's a good time to roll out on January 21st after 9pm to celebrate making through yet another Monday. And to munch on some Tacos provided by none other than Saucebelly Late night food and mischief? Count us in!

We are bringing our Brisket, Pulled Pork and a few tricks up our selves for our guests and friends alike. Also We will be better prepared for take out. The last few events at ECR have been off the hook! We’ve had an absolute blast. We’re still actively looking for a brick and mortar but like all things in BBQ it is going to take a long time. And that’s ok. We’ll get there!
